杰尼亚杭州店铺开放店铺助理职位,面向工作经验0-2年左右的,想往奢侈品零售方向发展的人才,全面打好扎实的店铺运营基础。欢迎应届生以及有潜力的往届生投递。
1. Core Duties
To ensure the smooth running of the shop, and maintaining the shop standards by:
? Participating in the day-to-day running of the shop.
? Keeping the shop and displays clean and tidy at all times.
? Operating the till and accurately handling cash, and credit/debit cards and transactions.
? Follow SOE procedures.
? Assist in changing displays of shop stock.
? Receiving deliveries, unpacking and re-shelving or storing stock.
? Assisting with regular stock checks and annual stock takes
? Being vigilant at all times and to help minimize stock loss.
2. Customer Service
To ensure that excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times by:
? Developing a good knowledge of product, ensuring that customers are informed about the work that they have purchased and that the purchase is wrapped securely.
? Informing the public about the work on show in the shop.
? Respond to general customer enquiries received by phone or email.
? Work as part of a team with the other members of in the store, be aware of what is happening in the rest of the areas needed help.
3. General
? Ensure any issues concerning customer care and company policies are reported to the Boutique Manager.
? Adhere to the current Zegna standards of presentation for dress code.
