职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:

? Attend the Project meetings, collecting Project needs, informing the purchasing team regularly.
? Insure the availability of specs and/or drawings, according to standardization templates, including packaging definition, in double languages Local and English.
? Update preferred supplier list with Lead/Local/Global Buyer quarterly and get in contact with suppliers to optimize the project content by collecting proposal from suppliers on technical product definition and supply flow.
? Insure all purchasing project items are quoted by suppliers using standardized templates. Negotiate autonomously all prices with suppliers for all deliveries before SOP.
? Insure all purchasing operational items are quoted by suppliers using standardized templates with process followed. Negotiate autonomously all prices with suppliers for on time deliveries.
? Manage directly with suppliers and fulfill order for prototype and pre-series phase of the project.
? Weekly tracking on RFQ status, Supplier quotation progress and provide quotation comparison, monthly update project status and feed back to head of Purchasing Asia..
? Insure Purchasing of BG Asia define serial prices (after SOP) with productivity plan over a minimum of 3 years of supply.
? Manage as escalation only, the critical quality/logistic/time-frame situations with suppliers not solvable by Project/DEC/Quality/Logistic functions.
? Provide CBU/DEC/Project with the best view on market price during Customer offering.
? To ensure the Continuous Improvement Management System within Project Purchasing
? Follow internal purchasing procedure strictly to ensure the Project Purchasing meets the requirements of TS 16949 and ISO 14001
? Other assigned tasks.

Main Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above majored in engineering, finance, economics or program management
? At least 3 year experience in the same function to have developed the required knowledge & skills with the automotive industry. Working in a multi-national company would be advantageous.
? Have practical knowledge of project management tools, e.g. program planning; resource planning; quality planning; target setting etc.
? Profound knowledge of PC applications, especially Lotus Notes, MS-Powerpoint (excel and data analysis) and MS-Project
? Strong sense of Cost impact and value stream analysis as advantage.
? Command of English is a must,
? Good communication skills at all levels
? Quick learning ability, team spirit, negotiating, target-oriented in timely

Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 and is located in the west north of Shanghai. It has a Development Center and an Acoustic Lab, so can offer service for the project development for the customers in China and other areas of Asia. At moment, Autoneum have three wholly owned plants in Chongqing, Taicang and Shenyang, as well as two JVs in Guangzhou and Tianjin.
