任职要求：MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To Assistant Application Manager / Application Analyst to perform analysis and design activities for project or system enhancement to meet business objectives and corporate goals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

With strong business acumen and clarity on business objectives, analyse the supporting systems to perform study so as to recommend different system approaches to fulfil users' needs as specified in BRS.

To assist the team in different stages of system development life cycle, hence to produce deliverables for system development, documentation and implementation aligning to the development standard.

To coordinate different IT parties for system development or maintenance activities.

To prepare and review system development deliverables in different stages of system development life cycle.

To assist to monitor progress to ensure the project / request is on track in terms of quality, delivery milestone & cost.

To provide extensive technical and consultative production support to business users on various system modules.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

University degree in Computer Science or related fields preferably.

Strong business acumen to facilitate delivering sound business solutions.

A minimum of 3 year experience in IT solution delivery, and solid C#, ASP.NET development experience.

Experience on SharePoint and InfoPath development is preferred..

Good understanding of system development life cycle and quality assurance process.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience.

Experience of insurance and financial services industry is preferred.

Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communications skills in both English and Chinese.

Ability to work independently.
