Responsibilities:
Generated Sales:
- Ensure day-to-day engagement of local sales teams to develop sales channels
- Monitor the Sales performance and work with Business lines for optimal solutions to customers to achieve ‘win-win’ situation.
- Implement Strategic Sales initiatives and develop value propositions in local market and ensure quality service is delivered
- Innovate ideas and deepen existing partnerships optimize mutual values
Local Margin:
- Keep sales team structure simple and accountable
- Lead, manage and execute sales, marketing and business initiatives
- Identify loss-making activities and address such losses swiftly
Business Expansion:
- Initiate contacts, develop pipeline and contribute in closing of potential business opportunities
- Grow into new business sector and new Geographies and formulate new product offerings and business models
- Develop and Prepare sales & business presentations and portfolios
Job Requirements:
- At least 10 years of relevant business development and sales experience in logistics industries.
- Ability to develop well-established local business network
- Strong business acumen and experience in dealing with senior executives are essential.
- You should be a strong relationship builder with good leadership skills and result oriented
- Fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin
