RESPONSIBILITIES
? Support sales team to involve in Channel, KA plan development and execution.
? Deliver revenue and volume targets for the E-Commerce channel by focusing on sales drivers (assortment, pricing, merchandising/promotions), coordinate the relationship with distributors, Kohler factory and outsourcing operation team.
? Routine market visit, collecting and analyze competitor promotion strategy and message in the market.
? Analyze and define the category growth opportunities by channel, make proper suggestions to superior for decision making.
? Develop/use tracking and reporting tools to monitor the sales performance. Monitor annual trade expenditure to help superior control the ROI.
? Workout customized promotions in assigned account aligned with Marketing &Trade Marketing strategy and get MU’s support.
? Need to optimize in store marketing including develop product selling story, merchandising, brand counter, brand recommendation, consumer promotion, etc. and coordinate with different teams to set up standard SOP to ensure smooth execution.
? Develop designer channel and maintain the relationship with them.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
? Report to Trade Marketing Communications Manager of Kohler Kitchen Cabinet.
? Frequently contacts with the Sales team, Product team, S&E team.
? External contacts: distributors, agencies, designers, vendors.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? University graduate in business related disciplines
? With a minimum of three years solid experience in consumer and trade promotions with Joint Ventures (JV) or Wholly owned Foreign Enterprises (WOFE), preferably with reputed consumer-driven multinationals in the PRC
? With a sound knowledge and solid experience in trade marketing and retail merchandising, rich experience of e-commerce is preferred
? Excellent communication skills to work with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
? Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
? Adaptable, initiative and able to meet deadline in a tight schedule with minimal supervision
? Pleasant, mature, self-motivated, results-oriented
? A team player and with good organization skills
? Willing to travel when required by business
