职位描述：
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
? Provide business analysis expertise within an assigned business unit/area; design, develop, deploy and enhance business applications in a multi-platform environment including interface components, user interface, reports, and high-level logic to enable business efficiency.
? Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications as well as test cases for use in a multi-platform environment from which applications will be written and tested; collaborate with internal customers, IT colleagues and other stakeholders to collect and analyze business requirements. Follow standards and established methodologies while ensuring consistent, well integrated, well tested applications.
? Participate in project management activities and the planning process; monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts and provide work effort estimates.
? Strengthen organizational effectiveness:
？ Provide technical support on projects and system issues.
？ Assist in continuous process improvement.
？ Provide support to application at high level


Experience:
? 3 years experiences in applications development or comparable area
? 5 years experiences in project management or comparable area
? 5 years experiences in business solution management or comparable area
