职位描述：
- To follow tasks that’s assigned by IT department head
- To work as project manager for projects that’s kicked off by IT head
- To coordinate with service or project vendor, to accomplish targets in time by recognized quality
- Technical support to end users, continuously improve service manner and operate within company & department standards
- Daily healthy check of IT environment



Education: Bachelor degree of Computer Science or similar knowledge
Working Experience: over 5 years

Skill:
- Server skill on Microsoft Windows 2012/2008 or higher version, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS is a must; Linux is a plus
- Server skill on Exchange 2013 or 2016 is a must
- Backup/restore knowledge for example NBU; DRP experience is a plus
- Client support skill on Microsoft Windows 7 and higher version, be familiar with Microsoft office various versions
- Storage knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge on Cisco network and PABX is a plus
- Fluent language skill in Mandarin, can communicate in formal and clear way, written and oral
- English skill is a plus, simple communication with foreigners is needed
