职位描述：
Responsibility:
Support sales to prepare the proposal;
Prepare the commercial documentation for tender;
Translation for the tender request (between Chinese and English);
Translation for the proposal (between Chinese and English);
Translation for the commercial contract;
To develop the standard technical proposal;
Help sales to prepare the sales presentation;
Help sales to arrange business trip;

Comprehend completely the intention and requirement from IS and customer
Investigate and review customer's requirements to avoid misunderstanding missing important information
Based on defined customer requirements and optimized operation processes together with layout prepare technical descriptions of proposed system for tender submission, as well as functional descriptions
Collection required tender document information from each internal department
To request for suppliers quotations (RFQ) for sub-systems including preparing sub-systems requirement specification, liaise with suppliers, review suppliers' quotations, define gaps between supplier's quotation against RFQ etc
Analyzing the sub-system of the suppliers including the functionalities and the according scope of supply

Knowledge/Experience/Education Background:
Degree or above holder in mechanical, Mechatronics, engineering or equivalent
Working experience in automated material handling system is an added advantage but not essential
Familiar with AUTOCAD and its optimized usage in mechanical area
Be good at Office software, especially Microsoft Word and PPT
Good cooperation skill, team work
Able to work with high independence, able to work under pressure and tight schedule
Proficiency in English (oral & written) and Mandarin (oral & written) is a must 举报 分享
