POSITION : Aftermarket Area Sales Manager (South China)
BUSINESS UNIT: Dayco China Aftermarket Division
LOCATION :Shanghai, China
REPORTING: Sales Director China Aftermarket
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales in south region, maintain the brand image for company products
Apply/coordinate the sector strategy and roadmap according to the company guidelines
Create and optimize the distributor network
Identify regional product/market/customer requirements , provide the information to the marketing and technical team.
Observe sector trends and the regional market development including competitors
Support budget planning
Develop the turnover by distributors to achieve the company business target in south region
Other assignments based on business need.
Required profile:
At least five years experience in aftermarket or OES in automotive area, global belts manufacturer on priority
Chinese native person with basic spoken and written English
Bachelor degree or above
Excellent interpersonal communication (written & oral) and negotiation skills, team player
Willingness to travel regularly
Experience in belt and tensioner sales on priority
Ability to work under sales high pressure
