Job Description Summary
Responsibilities:
?Provides day-to-day support for enterprise application systems (Non-ERP). Knowledge with customer relation management related system is a plus.
? The capability of analysis, able to learn and catch up the knowledge at the key user level.
? The capability of problem description and collaboration with global partners for solution evaluation and implementation.
?Manages users’ requests by gathering the information from the different communication channels.
?Manages and follow up the production incidents complying with incident management process.
?Leads investigations and troubleshoot to resolve repeated or high risky issues on production by well following problem management process. Formalizes problems and escalates to the next level of support (vendor or development team) when need be. Seeks feedback on escalated problems in order to follow them up and update the end users.

Minimum Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline required. Technical training or certification in related skills preferred.
? 3+ years’ experience within an enterprise application support and/or 5+ years’ experience working in IT domain.
? Good skills in spoken and written English, with open and professional communication style.
?Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
?Keen attention to detail.
? Mature, committed, good working attitude and interpersonal skills.
?Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
?Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
?Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
