SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to Marketing Communication Manager, the Senior Specialist should support to develop advanced digital communication tools and optimize digital communication site. Based on solid customer and K&B market understanding, provide initiative ideas for new website building, and keep closely interaction with target audience via social network site.
 
As part of these responsibilities, this position will:
? Responsible for new China website development and maintenance, closely work with US team and China IT team to keep KOHLER China website on leading edge
? Driving UV/PV increase of corporate website
? Provide support on virtual store building, transforming traffic from online site to offline store
? Develop APP/Interactive games for brand or product communications
? Consultant the product demonstration on digital site
? Create advanced relationship with target audience via SNS
? Explore user experience design to keep timely maintenance and upgrade
? Build effective working relationships with internal working groups
? Work with and supervise agencies and suppliers and assess their performance
? Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

? Above 1 years experience and track record in digital marketing and web development
? University degree in Information Technology, or Computer programming, or electronic engineering
? Strong writing and verbal skills in both Chinese and English skills are a must
? Has technical knowledge on ATG, Endeca is advanced
? Self-motivated, high level of energy, strong sense of ownership, and passion for excellence
? Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
? Ability to work as both project owner and a team member; strong teamwork
? Innovative, creative, problem-solver, reliable and honest
