负责公司各个项目营运工作,直接对营运结果负责,达到客户要求。
岗位职责
1、Ensure the service delivery onsite matches both the proposal and the customers’ expectations
确保现场提供的服务符合报价和客户的期望;
2、Identify proactively improvements opportunities at the operations level and share them with the point of contact of the customers
积极主动地去提高现场运营操作水平并与客户沟通分享
3、Intercept the incidents and define clear action plan to solve them
预防事故的发生并且制定详细的解决方案
4、Define and customize a follow-up system: KPI s, Reports, Communication lines, Information Process
制定配套的考核系统:如KPI、报告、沟通网络以及信息流程
5、Ensure the opening of new services/sites matches customer requirements
确保新服务或者新项目的开张符合客户的要求
6、Attend monthly or quarterly meeting of customers if appropriate; give feedback in a timely and professional manner
出席客户的月度或者季度的会议报告;并及时给出专业的反馈
7、Review and interpret feedbacks from the customers to initiate appropriate actions and improve the existing offer; advise clients on how to better achieve required results to increase the customers’ satisfaction
审查和解决来自客户对现存问题采取的适当行动的反馈;向客户提供更好建议以达到预期
8、Support sites managers on daily operations: insure all aspects of the day-to-day management of the sites are in accordance with the Company standards
协助现场经理进行日常的营运工作;确保日常运营管理的各个方面都符合公司的规章制度
9、Standardize operations on all the sites
确保所有项目点的运营都标准化
10、Be aware of the financial results; push for payment if needed in cash flow related issues
关注财务指标;保证客户及时付款以确保现金流
任职要求
1、College diploma or above
大学专科以上学历
2、Knowledgeable in one of the following: operations such as cleaning, security, or other facility management
有以下工作经验例如:清洁、保安或设施设备维护管理营运工作经验
3、Good English reading and writing skill, basic oral English skill will be preferable
良好的英语读写能力和基本的口语能力
4、Ability to plan and organize own and subordinates’ work schedule with proper co-ordination, uses time effectively and sets appropriate priorities
良好的计划组织自己和下属工作安排的能力并能有效的利用时间和设置适当的优先级
5、Has the ability to lead, direct, control; handles authority properly; the ability to compete against a standard of excellence; sets high standards and pursues aggressive goals; takes action and responsibility for achieving business results

6、Inspires others to excel by clearly communicating business values and directions, recognizing good performance, and providing managerial support, develops the potential of others through coaching and development opportunities to build organizational capability for the future
