Market Assessment
Understanding the market dynamics enhances competitive position by increasing knowledge of the market place through market research, market segmentation, competitive information and marketing intelligence.
Define Asia product strategy for current and future products through comprehensive customer, competitor and market research supported by on-going visits to customers and other internal and external partners.
Identifies business growth opportunities, new products potential and emerging markets potential with new product launch or product modification to catch up the opp.
Work closely with global, regional team and local involved partners to complete marketing strategy in China.
Quantify the appropriate customer base for sustainable business growth and profitability.
Maintain strategic partner relationship (such as instrument suppliers) to foster a continuing win-win solution for both sides.

Product Management
Work close with global team and local sales team to develop local pricing strategy for PDP.
Work with local sales to prepare forecast and inventory to limited biz risk.
Work closed with internal supporting team members such as supply chain, CSR etc., and influence them to take positive action to meet customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Branding
Align with global brand strategy to develop local brand awareness
Working with sales teams to ensure consistent communication of product value and benefits to the customer.
Responsible for managing marketing activities; including customer and distributor training, product and solutions branding.
Plan and implement product promotion and brand communication activities such as co-seminar, exhibition, seminar, roadshow, and industry meeting to keep high end brand image in RC industry
Close work with global team and local marketing communication team to prepare sales tools such as Poster/Catalogue/leaflet/Sales play books/PDP guidelines for Asia

E-commerce
Partner with local IT to oversee performance reporting, optimization suggestions and competitive analysis, provide insightful and strategic value to enhance brand efficiency.
Discover and identify areas for improvement of Search Engine Optimization / Marketing efforts.
Stay ahead of online media technology, internet affiliate marketing and social network marketing to make recommendations on improving customer experience

Requirements/Qualification
Research/lab chemical or instrument background is preferred
Online marketing, online public relations, and/or social media campaign work experience in a B2B environment.
Strong organizational, time management, communication, process orientation and problem-solving skills with multiple team /clients/vendors/projects.
Ability to interact effectively with internal partners, at different levels of the organization
Passion and self-motivated.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a must.
