职位描述：
Responsibilities:

- Handling daily customs clearance work during imp.&exp. process for Robots, raw materials and other products, including checking shipping documents, categorizing HS code, making paperwork, organizing customs declaration with brokers, etc.
- Processing application of Certifications (e.g. Mech.&Elec. Certif.) required by the Customs, CIQ and other government authorities.
- Setting-up, maintaining, modifying and processing customs’ bonded E-Handbook for processing trade in a highly accurate and careful manner.
- Proactively communicating with customs brokers, forwarders, Customs and so on to ensure smooth handling of customs and timely solve necessary problems.
- Closely working with internal functions including purchasing, warehouse, finance and so on to ensure all work done by required company rules and guidelines.

Requirement:

- Educational: Bachelor’s degree and above, major in international trade is preferred.
- Experience:
- At least five years working experiences in handling customs clearance and related fields.
- Very experienced and keen on the practical operation of international trade, customs clearance, processing trade and so on.
- Very familiar and deep understanding of the latest policies and developing tendencies of the Customs, CIQ, State Admin. of Foreign Exchange, international trade management and so on.
- Very proactive thinking manner, super good at finding out problems and solving problems.
- Professional, solid, mature, calm mindset and personality, meanwhile can perform tough and cope with tough working situations.
- Detail-oriented, meanwhile can achieve high efficiency in work.
- Deeply perform and motivate team-working, very good at communication and coordination, strong sense of responsibility. 举报 分享
