Responsibilities
岗位职责

1、Packing Concept 包装理念设计
Participates in Production Developing Process; 参与产品开发流程
Designs packing concept and sets related manufacturing parameter
为产品的包装进行理念设计并制定生产工艺的相关参数

2、Cost Control成本控制
Analyses cost for new packaging and controls the cost effectively in implementation.
对开发的产品包装做出成本分析并在实施时对成本实施有效的控制

3、Cross Department Coordination 协调开发项目
Leads and supports packaging activities of JCI领导和支持江森自控相关的包装规定
Designs packing product working with related colleague in purchasing, product development, engineering ,logistic and quality
协调相关部门的相关人员进行产品包装开发，包括采购部、产品开发部门、工程部门、物流以及质量部门等等

4、Technical Support技术支持
Supports purchasing and quality department on packing product supply and manufacturing department on packaging product application.
在产品包装供应问题上向采购部和质量部等相关部门提供必要的支持；在包装产品适用问题上向生产部提供必要的支持

5、Implementation Standard执行标准
Prepares and implements all data for documentation system，establishes the packaging standard handbook based on the national and international standard related.
按照程序说明系统的要求对数据进行管理确保包装产品符合公司内部，国家以及国际相关标准的基础上，建立公司的包装规范手册。

6、Continuous Improvement 持续提高
Knows about manufacturing system and lean concept. Improves Packing competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
 熟悉生产制造体系和精益生产理念，通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高产品包装的竞争力和客户满意度
 
Competency Requirements
能力要求
1、Bachelor’s Degree or above 本科或以上学历
2、2-3 years relative work experience at least, large manufacturing company preferred 2-3年相关工作经验, 在大型制造企业优先
3、Packaging development 包装产品开发
4、AutoCAD 举报 分享
