职位描述：
Software Engineer/BSP

Responsibilities: (Included, but not limited)
1. Design and develop the automotive infotainment embedded software, to be responsible for the embedded system bootloader and kernel porting, driver/middleware software development, building cross-platform environment and BSP software testing;
2. Follow the software design and development process, create and maintain software design specification;
3. Create or contribute to software architecture/High-Level-Design/Low-Level-Design to ensure the robustness, performance and scalability of entire system;
4. Work closely w/ project team on design/development/test strategies and to coordinate development and release activities;
5. Translate product requirement into design specifications, schedules, and robust applications;
6. Provide technical information relating to application for technical documentation; author internal documentations;
7. Discuss / communicate technical status / issues externally w/ project manager during project implementation;
8. Participate regular project meeting of both sub-contractor and OEM, joining in all technical discussion;
9. During cooperation w/ sub-contractor, identifying technical issue during project implementation, and discuss to solutions together w/ sub-contractor and OEM;
10. Resolve issues and manage engineering changes during project launch;
11. Share the knowledge and work experience you've gained in the related industry;
12. Keep up-to-date technology and applying new knowledge to your job;
13. Cooperate w/ team in Germany and Canada.


Requirements:
1.  Bachelor’s Degree and above，with 3+ years working experience of driver/BSP software development, RTOS experience is plus;
2.  Background in Linux, AR755x Series based software development is desirable;
3.  Experience in the design and coding of real time embedded control software using C/C++ programming language;
4.  Familiar w/ the Embedded RTOS including memory manager, process manager, file system, power manager and so on, AUTOSAR is plus;
5.  Knowledgeable about automotive CAN/LIN/MOST/Flexray bus related tool-chains (CANalyzer, CANoe, VehicleSpy, BusMaster, etc.);
6.  Familiar w/ ARM architecture and experience in ARM programming is advantageous (C/C++, KEIL compiler, or similar);
7.  Good knowledge of communication techniques (GSM, GPRS, GPS, Ethernet, Bluetooth, WiFi, USB);
8.  Experience in automotive infotainment product (e.g. Telematics/Head Unit) development is advantageous;
9.  Good understanding of telecommunication and automotive electronics products will be an additional advantage;
10.  Familiar w/ the automotive Hardware development is plus;
11.  Good cooperation and communication skill;
12.  Good English in both reading/writing and verbal communication 举报 分享
