Responsibilities:
- Managing a small team, you will serve as the representatives of the organization and key contact points for external parties and government bodies.
- Lead and Manage an efficient organization compose of Customer service and operation staff in one or more work stations
- Implement KPIs, business initiatives, review work process and achieve optimal work efficiency
- Understand legal requirement locally to ensure compliance
- Anticipate needs and risks and propose / take appropriate actions
Business Development
- Work with Business Development Executives to enhance seamless customer relationship
- Maintain direct high-level contact with Sales team locally and overseas and develop close collaboration with service vendors for quality service
Station PnL
- Prepare annual budgets, monitor and control expenses initiatives
- Properly manage vendors including cost model and service level

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics management
- 10 years’ corporate experience, including 3 years in sales role in China
- Has proven capacity to work without close supervision
- The role also requires a highly resourceful and organized individual with strong emotional intelligence, initiative, and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, result oriented, strong ethnics with strong sense of ownership
- Fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin
