This position is for Novo Nordisk R&D center (NNST).

Novo Nordisk China R&D center is one of the biggest R&D centers set up by multinational pharmaceuticals companies in China. It is an integrated part of Novo Nordisk's R&D organization, focusing on the innovative research to develop novel drugs for the treatment of diabetes, hemophilia, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Currently, the R&D center has 140 employees including >40 PhDs, and will expand to 200 people in next 2-3 years.

The main responsibilities of this Security Supervisor include but not limited to the following:

• Ensure security of the company premise by
 Managing a security team for daily security jobs
 Ensure the effective use of security and surveinance systems, including: door access system, CCTV monitoring system and alarm system etc.
• Ensure the set up and update of the company's safety emergency measures, and responsible for the implementation of and drilling of the measures.
• Responsible for fire-fighting management, disaster prevention and emergency treatment.
• Set up and maintain security monitoring management rules and operating procedures
• Ensure the staffing, professional training, and performance management of a security team as supervisor of the team.
• Daily routine examination on safety management services, for continuous improvement of service quality

Qualifications (minimum requirements):

• College degree or above, with MNC security operation management experience.
• With emergency response capability, be familiar with fire protection knowledge
• Good communication skills and emergency handling ability
• Independent project security program, with good risk control consciousness
• Demonstrated organizing and multi-tasking ability
• Project management experience is a plus
• Moderate level of spoken and written English is preferred.
