Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reports directly to AAS Sales Director of GUPT. Key contacts for key account customers. Coordinate with internal technical and production to satisfy the customers’ needs. makes presentations to KA customers, identifies and communicates customers’ current and future application/product requirement, coordinates warranty and vehicle application information.
Key duties include:
? Develop a local key account team; provide leadership and over-the-shoulder guidance to direct reports; oversee the provision of training and development opportunities; and manage morale, motivate and encourage direct reports in order to develop, attract and retain key account talent and improve the overall performance of the key account team.
? Sales oriented, achieve sales goals through providing sales and marketing supports;
? Develop new opportunities with prospective customers to acquire new business independently;
? Develop strategic alliance with key account customer. Develop, update and implement the Account Plan covering products, services packages, contracts, prices, credit terms and credit limits for key customers and prospects with marketing team, product team, and communicate the Account Plan to all service providers serving the key accounts;
? Have an in depth knowledge of the key competitors in the Auto aftermarket of business and to understand their strengths and weaknesses thereby exploiting opportunities arising from these;
? A/R balance and inventory maintenance are their routine;
? Deal with customer complaint on warranty and logistic activities;
? Obey and implement company HSE and related regulations policy;
? Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

P3 Bachelor degree is required 5 years relevant experience
Required Skills:
? Requires excellent business logical sense with detailed knowledge of products and markets.
? Must be able to function with minimal supervision; recognize the needs for field travel; and recognize the need for prompt response to customers.
? Must have superior communication skills and application aptitudes.
? Must be capable of planning, prioritizing, organizing, directing and presenting the results of technical investigations and effects.
? Skills in use of computer as an analytic tool highly desirable.
? Must promote and participate in a team concept of business activity.
? Self-motivation, Optimistic, Adaptable and Industrious, high responsibility and implementation
? 3 years of experience of team leader as sales function and education of bachelor is must, auto components business experiences is prefer

Daily/weekly contact with associates, partners and clients at various levels to coordinate marketing, application, technical and logistic activities.
