Key areas of responsibility:
- Conduct HE&OR (health economics and outcomes research) projects and studies to demonstrate health and economic value of NN products and the burdens of diseases.
-Develop and manage HE publications and documents, and communicate HE&OR messages with stakeholders to maximise brand value and market access for NN products
-Build and manage HE key opinion leaders within the health care sector, pharmaceutical industry and academia, to consistently influence decision makers to optimize the likelihood of pricing, reimbursement and successful market access for NN products.
-Creatively develop HTA data and documents to support market access for NN new products.
Main job tasks:
Conduct HEOR projects and studies to demonstrate health and economic value of NN products and the burdens of diseases.
-Develop the HE&OR evidences for NN products, to support pricing, reimbursement and other promotional activities.
-Conduct the studies of the disease burden of diabetes and haemophilias, update the relevant data to meet business needs timely.
-Develop and integrate scientific and important HE parameters into clinical trials and other market development programs to support NN products.
-Creatively conduct cost effectiveness analysis, budget impact analysis to support NN products market access, especially pricing and reimbursement, maintain and update these data timely.
Develop and manage HE publications and documents, and communicate HE&OR messages with stakeholders to maximise brand value and market access for NN products
-Develop the HE publications and documents to illustrate values of NN products.
-Effectively communicate HE&OR results as abstracts, posters, publications. Presentation at conferences, courses and peer-reviewed journals
-Effectively communicate HE&OR research findings with internal and external stakeholders to promote the value of NN products.
-Establish, maintain and update the documents of core values dossiers for NN products communication.
-Create HE files for NN products negotiations with pricing department of NDRC (National Development and Reform Centre) or medical insurance department of MOHRSS (Ministry of Human Resource and Social Security) as required by local policy.
-Review and provide HE inputs or comments to promotional materials and articles.
-Provide HEOR technical support to the department of government affairs, marketing, sales on meetings, pricing & reimbursement negotiations and other marketing promotional activities.
-Cooperated with HQ HE colleagues for HE projects and studies of NN products.
Build and manage HE key opinion leaders within the health care sector, pharmaceutical industry and academia, to consistently influence decision makers to optimize the likelihood of pricing, reimbursement and successful market access for NN products.
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with payers, HE experts, pharmacists and clinicians, especially related with the decision making of pricing and reimbursement.
-Continuously strive to influencing decision makers e.g. pricing or reimbursement agencies, formularies etc. to optimize the likelihood of reimbursement and market access for NN products.
-Organize NN HE advisory board meetings timely to influence top HE experts with positive HE deliverables, in order to maximise the value of NN China
-Actively communicate HE KOLs for academic activities
Creatively develop HTA data and documents to support market access for NN new products.
-Follow up, analyze the HTA development and application in China
-Prepare and conduct HE&OR studies for NN new products which are required by HTA application in China.
-Proactively communicate HTA data of NN products to key decision makers as required
Qualifications:
(minimum requirements)
Ability to work within timelines and to handle projects
Excellent analytical, planning and prioritisation skills
Good communication skills and ability to present complex information in digestible ways
Team oriented personality
Education:
Master degree (or above) in health economics, additional degree in public health, or medicine.
Documented training in health economics and PRO (patient report outcomes)
Fluency in both written & spoken English.
Professional experience:
Minimum 1 years of experience in health economics.
Probably 2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, CRO or consultancy.
Sufficient knowledge and understanding of HTA methodologies and ability to provide accurate interpretations.
