1. Receive customers calls and deal with after-sales services and coordinate engineer’s schedule;
2. Parts and systems’ import & export …logistics coordination and follow up, quotations, order placing…via SAP system;
3. Some Admin support jobs like office maintain, visitors’ hotels & tickets’ booking, stationary booking, events organization …
4. Assist sales on documents’ preparation and order processing, communicating with Headquarter logistics and operation colleagues;
Job qualifications:
1.Good English communication, especially in oral & written skills
2.Familar with MS Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
3. Minimum 3 years or above related experience, especially rich experience in semiconductor /PCB/medical equipment… industry will be better;
4. Work experience on logistics /international trade/English professional/Sales support …relative majors are preferred;
5. strong sense of responsibilities and better service consciousness, and good team work
