职位描述：
Job Summary:
Responsible for Test design, test task plan and execute (Responsible for product development verification and validation, including test planning, test execution, engineering report generating, etc.)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for lab test process and test project deliver.
Ensure test result credibility, developing test technology, studying standard and design test facility and equipment.
Support lab Lean SixSigma and productivity improvement

Qualifications:
Minimum B.S. in engineering required（制冷空调专业）
1+years work experience in related industry
Basic knowledge of HVACR, application and standards, understanding of heat transfer, fluids, refrigeration cycle, and experience of metrology and instrumentation
 
Key Competencies:
Good learning ability.
Work effectively in an open, consensus-oriented, team environment, excellent communication skills
