职位描述：
一、主要工作职责：
1．确保供配电、中央空调、空压机、弱电等公用设备设施运行与维修工作计划、标准、程序的执行；
2．确保运作、财务、人力资源、培训政策与程序的执行；
3．定期走访客户，听取客户对设备运行与维修工作的意见，确保对客户提供设备运行与维修管理的超值服务；
4．负责对下属的管理、指导、培训、激励。

二、任职资格：
1、专科以上学历，电气/暖通/工程管理专业优先；
2、熟练掌握计算机办公软件；
3、五年以上大型企业楼宇公共设施设备运行与维修管理岗位经验，有大型物业/酒店等相关管理经验者优先；
4、具备相关的电气/机械/空调采暖/供水/锅炉/消防等专业技术知识；
5、具备较为突出的管理和沟通能力；责任心强，能承受较大工作压力；
