A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or Engineering is required (advanced degree a plus), and a minimum of 7+ years of experience including product design, industrial or consumer design engineering, and user research would be ideal. Must be current with new and evolving techniques, technologies and methodologies in lean manufacturing, simulation, electronic data collection, etc. Proficiency with computer applications appropriate to the position and assignment. An understanding of the building control and HVAC industry is a plus.
