职位描述：
岗位职责：
        1、日常对Amazon帐号管理，产品上架，维护和优化listing页面，产品资料编辑优化，销售账号的售前、售中及售后咨询回复，确保帐号安全工作。
        2、定期统计销售数据、库存数据、及时调整销售策略,保持较好的库存周转率和库存安全;协同团队完成月度、季度、年度销售任务。
        3、擅长Amazon产品页面的搜索关键字优化，熟悉搜索引擎优化及平台数据分析工具。
       4、熟悉站外引流推广，针对不同的推广渠道，开展营销活动，协调各方面资源配合执行，对推广商品具备有效的判断，及时跟进推广效果，根据推广效果提出调整建议。
       5、定期整理分析运营的各项数据，及时撰写运营分析报告，掌握产品市场的变化趋势，并及时向领导提交适合市场需求的可行性方案或建议。
      6、协助开发部门对当前产品市场的趋势和变化进行分析，帮助开发部门开发热销产品；快速研究竞争对手的情况，并给予相关的书面报告。

岗位要求：
     1、 英语四级以上，读写流利，能熟练进行口语对话和书写；熟悉小语种***；
     2、 有一定amazon运营销售经验，熟悉亚马逊政策和规定，能独立运营、管理店铺帐号，会分析后台数据；并能运用于店铺的日常经营当中，能灵活处理出现的各种问题。
     3、 思维灵活有逻辑性，工作认真负责， 主动积极、执行力强，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，有强烈的责任心和进取心，并能承受一定的工作压力。

岗位待遇：
1.基本工资+提成+社保五险+年终奖+职位晋升。
2.工作时间：7.5小时/天，
上午： 9 :00-12:00
下午：13:30-18:00
周末大小周制度，小周5.5天。
