职位描述：
Job Summary:
As part of our successful team this position reports directly to the Manager, Test Engineering (based in Austria)
and includes, but is not limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:
？ Located at subcontractor Amkor China
？ First level support and first contact on product issues
？ Problem analysis and support material review board disposition in case of yield and throughput issues
？ Go/Nogo analysis and first level disposition of production lots
？ Follow up on execution of material review board of defined tasks
？ Support, documentation or execution of release tasks of new equipment, hardware and test cells
？ Responsible for completeness of test production data (Maps, Test data)
？ Provide regular test reports on yield, problems, observations in production
？ Close cooperation with local production operators and engineers
？ Close cooperation with ams AG test engineering, quality and product engineers
？ Reviewing and auditing test control plan in production, identify areas to improve quality and efficiency
？ Gate for new software release and rollouts to subcontractor

Requirements:
？ Technical education in areas of electronics, measurement engineering
？ Experience and knowledge about Semiconductor Technology and IC Test manufacturing
？ Experience with automated test equipment for semiconductors
？ Experience on tester software (Diamond-X Unison language)
？ Knowledge on hardware and software debug
？ Basic knowledge in mechanical engineering
？ Organizational skills, reporting skills
？ Good communication in Mandarin, English & Team player 举报 分享
