职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、全面主持集团国内海外财务工作，建立健全集团整体资金、财务、预算与内控体系
2、建立科学、系统、符合上市公司要求的财务核算、财务监控体系
3、参与集团战略决策、投资决策和其他重大决策，从资本层面、财务、风险控制、政策等方向提出前瞻性的预警和措施
4、统筹集团国内海外的资金管理，开拓融资平台和渠道，全面规划集团融资项目
5、统筹国内海外税务筹划，为集团争取最大化的税收优惠，负责控制集团整体的综合税负
6、协助CEO进行全球投资业务管理，提高投资回报率，保障公司战略发展目标的完成


岗位要求：
1、具有国际化视野，中英文流利，会计、经济、金融等相关专业本科以上学历，具有注册会计师资质
2、二十年以上财务、金融工作经验，五年以上集团CFO管理经验，有负责或主导过国内海外IPO上市或者上市公司同岗位工作经验者优先，有互联网行业经验优先，有海外学习工作经验优先
3、具有丰富的财务管理、资金筹划、融资及资本运作经验，熟悉上市、投融资、财务分析、成本控制、预算等事务，
4、具有敏锐的战略眼光、投资触觉以及丰富的融资渠道和业内广泛的人际关系，具有较强的市场投融资能力、资金运作能力、项目评审能力、投资决策能力和沟通表达能力
5、性格稳重、处事稳健、风险意识强烈，具有良好的职业道德、严谨的工作作风以及高度的事业心和责任感 举报 分享
