This role will support online sales team to achieve sales target, including, regular and intense communication with JD&Amazon, platform resources and promotion plan tracking, operation support as well. He/she will be based in Beijing and travel to Shanghai sometimes when needed.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist line manger to manage online Key Account: JD & Amazon;
2. Assist line manager to keep good communication with platforms, operation teams and other internal departments to achieve the expected sales target;
3. Daily sales tracking, reporting and data analysis;
4. Manage daily operation on page design, online customer service, fulfillment rate and so on;
5. Monitor daily sales data and end consumers' feedback to find out problems and improve the sales and customer satisfaction;
6. Regular communication with customer to carry out plans to meet platform objective, including daily operation process, promotion calendar, new product launch plan and other marketing plan.
7. Sales planning and forecast;
8. Monthly and quarterly sales plan and review with customers;
9. Monitor all competitors' activities and promotions.
Requirements:
- Fluent written English, oral is plus
- Good command of Microsoft applications and good communication and coordination skill
- Bachelor degree in ecommerce or related majors, detail oriented with sense of business
