Missions:
Make sure the plant is always delivering good quality products to the customer. Improve the capability of the manufacturing processes. Go through root cause analysis and corrective actions when an issue shows up. Reduce cost of non-quality.
Responsibilities / Tasks:
- Be responsible for setting up and improving the overall quality system.
- Be responsible for internal audit and third-party audit for the quality system.
- Be responsible for the process qualification and process audit.
- Lead, Follow up and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action from process and customer's claim;
- Document control according to quality system requirements;
- In charge of quality performance monitoring and analysis both internally and outside supply, drive quality improvement projects and follow up effectiveness.
- Set up quality target based on company business goal, initiate and manage quality continues improvement action plan by monthly basis.
-Be responsible for related EHS works in Quality dept.
- Be responsible for the QC team management, assess and training the team members according to the company’s policy.
- Other tasks the manager assigned.
Required skills
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related profession.
- Minimum 3-4 years QA engineer/supervisor working experience in foreign investment company. Be familiar with ISO9001 system requirements, the process of quality control.
- Be familiar with using statistical technique analysis as well as various quality tools.
- Machining /Welding/Assembly knowledge and experience will be the advantage.
- Good analyzing, problem solving and communication skills
- ISO 9001 system setup and maintenance capability;
- Good command of English both oral and written, as well as computer skills (MS office).
