职位描述：
Responsibility：
1.Area of function involves managing, lead and train quality people from all responsible areas to ensure required quality of products and processes in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 standards and LEGO standards.
2.Continuously improving QA in process control and procedures related to his/her area.
3.Maintain skilled team in all responsible areas.
4.Secures the achievement of quality goals in connection with the goals of Global quality.
5.Cooperation with all site departments on high level.
6.Regular reporting to management.
7.Proactively focus on continuous improvement of quality (lead and initiate projects) and costs related to non-conformity.
8.Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
9.Support all site departments in special activities.

Qualification：
1.Experience:
· Long term working experience(at least 5-8 years) in quality management.
· Good team management and leadership skills
2.Education:Bachelor or Master degree
3.Language:Excellent communication skills, active communication in English required.
4.Other:
· Good level in Microsoft office
· Willing to travel (1-2 times per year, 1 week per time). First year will stay in other country for training for 3 months.
· Deep experience in ISO 9001, good knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 18001
· Good knowledge in use of Lean/ Six Sigma / continuous improvement tools.
