职位描述：
500强美资医药研发公司【数据分析-武汉东湖开发区】

地点：武汉东湖新技术开发区高新大道

工作职责：
1、Metrics Reporting
 Collecting/extracting clinical trial performance related data (quality, compliance, speed) from various sources
 Performing basic analysis using tools such as Excel, Minitab, etc.
 Producing reports, scorecards or dashboards in Excel, PowerPoint, Spotfire etc. for various
customers across the organization
2、Quality & Compliance Assessment
 Accessing clinical trial related documentation in key systems
 Reviewing documents for content quality / compliance and comparing documents for consistent
approach
 Following-up with responsible individuals to correct issues identified
 Tracking and summarizing data on findings and generating reports as needed.
3、Compliance Tracking
 Tracking completion of required activities by responsible parties across the organization
 Following-up with responsible individuals to remind / notify regarding actions needed and timeframe for completion and/or determine if actions have been completed by due date
 Maintaining information in tracking tool in a timely manner and generating reports as needed
4、Process Modeling / Mapping
 Developing process diagrams for clinical trial processes and SOPs in the business process modeling solution – Casewise
 Maintaining process models via model publication, patching and maintenance in Casewise
5、Training & Compliance Support
 Curriculum Administration
 Curriculum Reporting
 Course and Curricula Query Management
 Training Site Maintenance

任职要求：
1、Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in biological sciences, health sciences, statistics, mathematics, informatics, computer science, engineering , business, etc. Advanced degree is desirable.
2、2+ years of related technical/business experience is desirable
3、A solid understanding of the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel, is preferred
4、Experience with data processing and analysis techniques/tools is desirable
5、Experience in a customer service role with demonstration of meeting customer needs and concerns is preferred
