Position Overview
?Establishes quality standards and practices for vendor selection.
?Successfully integrates across multiple products & services and sectors.
?Thorough knowledge about the business areas supported including their strategies, goals, competitive environment, functional processes, and organizational dynamics.
?Makes presentations to senior management, customizing the presentations to the interests of the audience.
?Serves as a (technical) resource to professionals supervised.
?Recognized as a leader in strategic buying and supply chain processes, serving as a resource to others.

Responsibilities
Sourcing Job Responsibility:
?Support Sourcing Manager to establish Marcom Category Strategy
?Support implementation of Travel Category Strategy
?Independently conduct ad-hoc Marcom project sourcing (incl. btl & atl )
?Coordinate with TMC agency to ensure daily operation smoothly
?Enable to handle diverse requests from all Business Unit and solve problems independently.
?Find projects and discover cost saving opportunities.
?Coach stakeholders to obey and deploy Procurement SOP.
?Collect and Analysis category database
? Explore improvement plan of Category Strategy

Qualifications
? Good logical thinking, self-motivation
? Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Marketing, Travel Mgt.
? Minimum 3 years’ experience of relative category sourcing or agencies’ background, pharmaceutical industry is preferred
? Skilled in analysis, finance, process control, supplier mgt.,
? Ability to navigate through a large complex business and solve problems
? Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills
