职位描述：
1.Ability to understand China Century accounts supply chain requirements in Technology sector and drive a particular sector focus.
2.Responsible for relationship management and service execution in maintaining grow of accounts across related product/service types within CEVA.
3.Drive collaborative efforts between country and product leaders within CEVA to meet the needs of customers in region.
4.Prospecting for all potential opportunities and delivering compelling solutions, value and pricing.
5.Develop an Account Plan for the customer that will encompass a strategic roadmap defining multi-year growth, targets by key supply chain.
6.Conduct regular business review meetings for China Century accounts and drive meeting content to ensure operations, support and execution teams are present to support these reviews.
7.Responsible to communicate all expectations on these review meetings to the operations and support teams for implementation or improvements.
8.Lead and work with customer to resolve all contractual and commercial decisions in compliance with Company policies and terms.
9.Perform other duties as assigned.

岗位要求：
1.Degree majoring in supply chain/logistics/transportation management/sales and marketing/international business.
2.Minimum 5 years related work experience / Minimum 3 years industry experience / Minimum 2 years supervisory or managerial experience required.
3.Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additional language skill set is favorable.
4.Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds working in matrix environment.
5.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
6.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
7.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, customers and vendors. 举报 分享
