Job Description
? Execute CDS company strategy and achieve sales targets via identifying needs, developing solutions and closing deals.
? Establish and maintain close relationship with brand and retail customers.
? Collaborate with marketing and innovation team to build up innovation pipeline and develop/ introduce new products to the market.
? Build up and manage sales team and improve selling process when volume grows.
? Other assignments from CDS General Manager.
Ideal talent, skills and cultural fit:
? Knowledge of Retail Science, consumer insightsto identify customer/shopper needs
? Capability of effectively transferring needs to internal requirement and create business opportunities in providing services and solutions to customers
? Effective presentation skill to promote ideas and concepts to internal staff as well as external clients.
? Proactive “can-do” attitude and a problem solver.
? Self-driven and result-oriented. Ability to adapt quickly to the fast changing retail industry and spotting opportunities.
? Connection in brand and retail industry.
Requirements
? At least 5 years of working experience in customer-facing sales or marketing roles. Good salesmanship is a must.
? Experience in the following business: Grocery, Fashion, Cosmetics or Consumer Electronics.
? Sales experience in design agency a plus.
? Tracked record in value-selling into brand and retail industry is a plus.
? Conversational English is required but not a must.
? Able to travel extensively (>70%).
