Job Purpose 岗位目的:
Plan, organize, lead and coordinate the work of VS warehouse management; ensure high inventory accuracy and customer service level; ensure all work meet GMP and medical device requirement and state regulations.
对生产部仓库管理的相关工作进行计划，组织，领导与协调，保证较高的库存准确度及高效的客户服务水平，同时满足GMP和医疗器械及其它GSK或国家的法规要求。

Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:
? Ensure high inventory accuracy and customer services level; ensure materials release to relevant departments on time and in full.
保证库存物资的库存准确度及高效的客户服务水平，确保能及时准确的发放物资给相关部门。
? Keep good communication with correlative departments; constitute and manage the operation procedures and performance evaluation system of warehouse management; ensure smooth operation.
与相关部门进行有效沟通，制订并管理与仓库管理相关的运作流程及绩效评估指标，保证仓库运作顺畅。
? Make sure that materials arrival plans and purchase orders are released in time; keep effective communication with suppliers; ensure that production is smoothly carried on.
保证及时下达部分材料送达计划与定单，同供应商保持有效沟通，保证生产顺利进行。
? Closely communicate with production and planning staffs to make sure that all production plans are accomplished successfully.
与生产和计划人员紧密沟通，保证各项生产计划的顺利完成。
? Balance the stock level to ensure full use of warehouse capacity.
平衡库存水平，确保仓库空间得到充分利用。
? Rationally control the operational costs of the warehouse, including manual work, freight, and rent, to ensure optimization of costs.
合理控制仓库的运营成本，包括人工、运费、租赁费等，确保成本最优化。
? Maintain the security of the environment and staffs in the warehouse; ensure the accomplishment of various security indicators.
维护库区环境与人员安全，保证各项安全指标的完成。
? Take charge of training and development of warehouse staffs and help them to achieve departmental and personal objectives.
负责人员的组织、培训与发展，并辅助其个人发展以达到部门及个人目标。
? Seriously follow and implement various regulations and policies, and make sure that the operations in the warehouse will fit the requirements of GMP, medical device and GSK regulations.
认真贯彻执行各项法规政策，保证仓库运作满足GMP，医疗器械及GSK相关法规要求。
? Actively involved in Quality and EHS all kinds of activity .Attend internal L1/L2 audit and ensure continuous
improvement
      积极参与质量和环保安全的各项活动，参加内部L1/L2的审计，确保持续改进。
? Responsible for coordinating functional risk management process, proactively work on risk management, including risk identification, assessment and mitigation plan development and conduction.
负责协调部门风险管理事务，积极主动对工作相关风险进行识别，评估和制定和执行缓解计划
? Understand and comply with the applicable local regulations of Quality, EHS and others, GSK standards for QMS, EHSS etc. and company policy. Adherence to standard operating procedures
理解并遵守适用的质量、环境、健康及安全等方面的当地法律法规、葛兰素质量管理体系及环境健康安全等方面的标准和公司方针，遵守公司标准操作规程。

Have a experience of storage management in pharmacy firms for over 3 years, work and leading experience in pharmacy firms for over 5 years; familiar with production procedures of manufacturing.
具有3年以上制药企业仓储管理经验，5年以上制药企业工作及领导经验，熟悉制造业生产流程
? Specialty Knowledge/Skills专业知识/技能
Have knowledge of warehouse management, inventory management, planning management and production management. Have a profound understanding of MRPII and ERP theories. Be familiar with BPCS system.
具有仓库、库存、计划、生产管理知识。对MRPII理论与ERP理论有较深刻理解，熟悉 BPCS系统
? Computer and Foreign Language Levels计算机及外语水平
Be proficient in using business software like MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Lotus-Notes, etc.
Good English reading and writing ability; listening and speaking ability in a certain extent.
