职位描述：
Responsibilities
? Provides overall technical leadership in new product introduction and localization activities to meet Ecolab's safety, productivity and quality goals.
? Collaborate with Ecolab global engineering and manufacturing teams to define, develop and optimize the equipment product manufacturing and quality control process including assembly instructions, test instructions, tooling and commissioning instructions with specific focus on the areas that apply only to the local plant.
? Prepare working instructions and oversee their implementation to ensure the proper execution and that corrective actions are taken in a timely manner to rectify any deviation.
? Execute the technical qualification of local supplier and ensure the alternatively sourced materials and components meet the product design specifications.
? Manage the technical and quality documentation such as certification document, process control plan, record of engineering changes and other document required by the applicable quality management system.
? Provide technical assistance and direction to the plant on all quality related issues including manufacturing deviation, customer complain, receiving materials inspection, tool calibration, vendor quality resolution, scrap and rework decision making.
? Participate in global product design as needed and provide input on design for manufacturability
? Review and implement engineering change request in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Basic Qualification:
? 4- year university degree in natural science or engineering with a minimum 5 year of experience in manufacturing environment with role in engineering, production or quality assurance.
? Ability to read and communicate mechanical and electrical drawing, and wiring diagram.
? Strong analytical mind and skills using problem-solving toolbox using root-cause analysis, 5 whys, DMAIC, and etc.
? Demonstrated experience and success in working with cross-functional team involving engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and production operation.
? Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a changing environment
? Proficient in using MicroSoft office suite software
? Ability to communicate comfortably in Mandarin and English
Preferred Qualifications:
? Prior experience on electromechanical product development or management
? Demonstrated leadership capability on project execution
? Proficient in using 2D/3D CAD systems (Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks)
? Knowledge of external quality compliance and regulatory standards set by organizations such as ISO/IEC, UL, or Chinese government agencies.
