职责描述: ？ 按照公司要求编制年度、月度采购计划。
？ 建立最低库存标准，控制库存总量，降低采购成本。
？ 拟定采购合同文书，跟踪合同执行情况。
？ 编制、汇总、跟踪原材料采购付款计划。
？ 负责进口原材料的报关、提货。
？ 建立分承包方的档案，实施质量控制。
？ 对检验不合格原料及时办理退货手续。
？ 负责部门相关文件资料整理、归类、存档。
？ 认真履行好本岗位的安全职责。
？ 严格执行好公司的安全防火管理制度，确保安全。

顶岗人员: 采购主管
