职位描述：
Mission:
Provide day to day after sales service to achieve the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction, which in turn shall lead to sustainable profitable growth.


Major responsibilities:
Provide commissioning service & operation instruction in site for customers
-To provide commissioning to customers when compressor equipment is delivered.
-To provide operation instruction and equipment maintenance training to customers on-site.
Provide maintenance and repair service for customers
-Perform the day-to-day service operations and activities for compressor equipment.
-To contact with customers to identify difficult problems and provide total solutions.
-To initiate technical advice to customers to minimize equipment downtime.
-To reduce maintenance costs and to improve equipment performance & efficiency.
-To provide reports to Operation Manager in terms of summarizing technical issues, customer concerns and

potential requirements for aftermarket products.
Co-ordination with sales, and technical team
-To coordinate with sales team to provide efficient after sales service to customers.
-To keep relationship with technical team to give feedback about product’s quality issues on

site, and technical skill/method to resolve the complicated problem


Experience requirements
-More than 2 years experiences in compressor service and technical support or related

equipment.
-Good command of experience in compressor industry.


Knowledge
-Good computer skills including Microsoft series.


Educational requirements
-College graduated or above, majored in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent.


Personality requirements
-Strong interpersonal communication

主要工作内容：

开机调试并交付使用说明书


为客户提供维修和保养服务

-完成空压机日常服务工作

-与客户沟通解决疑难故障，并提供整体解决方案

-为客户提供技术建议以减少设备故障时间

-降低维修成本，改进设备效能

-提供相应的技术汇总，客户关注和潜在需求等售后市场情况报告给经理

与销售及技术团队协作

-配合销售团队为客户提供有效的售后服务

-提供现场设备质量情况给技术团队，并与之交流以解决现场疑问题


工作经验：

-两年以上压缩机（或其他设备）服务或技术支持


知识：

-电脑及主要工作软件熟练运用


学历要求：

-大专及以上专业，主修机电专业


个人要求：

-良好的人际沟通能力
