岗位名称Position：项目工程师Project Engineer

工作概述Job Description：

1、负责组建项目团队，完成新项目报价及协调项目小组成员完成项目开发过程中的各项工作和任务。Organization new project and complete quotation coordinate project team to complete the work on project development.

工作内容和职责Position Responsibilities:

1、负责组建合格的新项目开发团队，并寻求领导层的支持；Organization new project development team and seeking for support from leadership;

2、负责编制项目进度表，并适时保持更新；Edit and update program schedule;

3、按照NPIS管理流程进行项目管理，确保各关键时间节点满足顾客要求，使项目管理过程受控；Process and schedule of NPIS management;

4、定期召开项目会,跟踪项目行动计划的完成情况，协调公司内部各部门按节点完成所负责的项目工作；Convene project review meeting regularly, track project action log. Assist related departments in completing project works according to node time;

5、负责新项目报价资料准备及成本分析；New project quotation data preparation. & cost analysis;

6、负责项目开发过程中的成本控制及利润跟踪；Cost control profitability tracking in pre-phase of project;

7、负责组织相关部门进行工程图纸和设计资料评审；Audit of engineering drawing and design data；

8、与设计中心及顾客保持密切联系，就项目开发过程中遇到的问题进行及时沟通和协调；Communication and coordination with design center & customer. Handle issues during the project development on time;

9、负责组织实施项目要求的DV试验项目、样件制作、试验项目时间进度和最终结果满足顾客要求，并从技术支持方取得需要的技术文件；DV test, prototype trial-production, satisfy customer with project timing, obtain technology document;

10、产品BOM的建立及管理； Establishment and management of product BOM;

11、负责工程变更管理并跟踪各部门执行情况；Management and implement of engineering change;

12、 提出合理化建议，负责推动实施各项VA/VE,TVM项目；Bring reasonable proposals and push VA/VE, TVM items implement;

13、APQP开发过程管理,PPAP文件资料编制及整理归档；APQP development management, PPAP document edition and clear-up;

14、负责PPAP资料的提交并，组织顾客对项目的PSW签收工作；Submit PPAP package to customer and complete PSW sign off with customer;

15、JOB1+60天的项目跟踪及反馈；Project tracking and feedback of JOB1 plus 60days;

16、包装方案的制定,并获得顾客批准；Packing policy establishment and customer approval obtain;

17、对供应商提供必要的技术支持；Provide supplier with technical support;

18、参与分供方的评估；Supplier’s evaluation participation;

19、完成上级交办的各项临时工作。Complete temporary work requested by superior.

工作权限Working Authorization：

1、项目开发的进度监督权和建议权；Supervision and advice in project development schedule

2、所负责项目产品生产流程的正确性、合理性、及产品质量的监督权；Be responsible for validity and rationality of manufacturing process and product quality supervision.

工作重点考核项目Work Evaluation：

1、项目开发进度及完成率；Project development schedule and completion;

2、NPIS管理的过程、进度；Process and schedule of NPIS management;

3、项目毛利情况符合公司财务指标。Project profitability meets AOP/price model target.

工作关系 Working Relationship：

1、受项目组长的工作监督；Supervised by project team captain;

2、对新项目开发时间结点的监督；Supervise project node time;

3、与公司各级人员的工作联系；Contact of all-level colleague;

4、与客户的联系。Contact of customer.

任职说明 Duty Explanation

年龄Age : 23 - 35

体能Physical Fitness：身体健康、精力充沛、能承受工作压力Good health, energetic, work pressure bear .

学历要求Diploma ：本科以上学历 Above Undergraduate Education.

经验要求Experience Request:

1、熟悉汽车排气系统相关的专业技术知识和有。2年相关工作经验以上。Be familiar with related vehicle exhaust system knowledge with more than 2 years of working experience.

个性素质 personality：工作严谨细心、责任心强、服从安排。Caution, chariness, great responsibility, arrangement obedience.

必备工作技能Skills:

1、熟练使用各类办公软件和掌握现代设计方法，熟悉CAD及3D制图；Be proficient in office software operation and CAD & 3D, mastery of modern design;

2、良好的英语口语及读写能力；Good oral and written English;

3、有项目管理经验，熟悉TS16949质量管理体系。Be familiar with TS16949 quality management system, project management experience

必备资格证Certificate necessary：工程师资格证书Engineer Qualification Certificate

职业发展Occupation Development：

1、可直接晋升至项目主管；Potential position is Project leader;

2、可转换至工艺工程师/焊接工程师/弯管工程师/工装模具工程师。Switched position to Technology Engineer/Welding Engineer/Bending Engineer/Tooling Engineer.

工作条件 Working Condition

1、工作强度一般；Common working intensity;

2、通常在室内工作，环境较好。Inside job with good environment.
