Description:
Responsible to implement TPM as a Management Model across the unit, designing the 12 steps of implementation strategy inside a Master Plan and the deployment model for the 8 TPM Pillars from the senior leadership to the shop floor, accommodating business growth needs to a correct methodological approach under Company corporative and JIPM guidance.
Responsible to establish the pillars routine and competency formation of all Pillar Leaders and NLT members in order to promote Results delivering, People development and Area Transformation during the TPM Zero Loss Journey.
Responsible to support the results delivering inside SQDCP model using TPM methodology and management approach based on Loss Tree / Cost Tree to drive Losses / Cost Reduction projects / Improvement Projects
Responsible to drive the JIPM Assessment Model inside the Plant and lead the TPM journey in order to make the unity achieve the TPM Prizes for each level considered for the unit.
Responsible to support the local NLT to drive management processes inside TPM approach.
Responsible to create, manage and report KPIs inside Balanced Scorecard method
Responsibilities
1. Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities.
Provide leadership in safe working practices, promoting safety awareness and performance for self and others in all areas of responsibility to achieve full compliance with site and company standards and guidelines.
Develop and promote a safe working environment by supporting the implementation of C6 safety program to achieve injury free plant.
Metrics
? Team safety target performance track
? Training (Safety, OJT)
? working in height program(C6) score
2. Implementation TPM
? To design the Strategic Master Plan for TPM in the unit
? To assure and execute coaching and assessments sessions both internally and also through Company Corporative resources
? To promote expansion and development of TPM inside the unit
? To promote alignment between TPM & CI Global guidance to the unit operational strategic plan
? To generate projects, initiatives, ideas and solutions aiming process optimization, people development, productivity increasing and cost reduction, etc.
? To provide support and be an attendant for several cost reduction initiatives, bringing to each forum the TPM expertise to contribute to reach targets in a sustainable way;
? To assure the quality over financial results over the projects under his /her responsibility
? To develop a model that provides succession pipeline for “TPM act based leadership” among the team.
? To promote good practices for TPM across the plant and across the company to give visibility for TPM and to engage people.
? To help the Plant Leader to conduct Plant management under TPM approach.
3. Quality management System responsibility
? Whole plant Quality management system (documents) effectiveness review and keep updating
? Keep effectiveness of external standards such as ISO, Regulations, Customers specifications
? ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS14001 certificate management through regular audit from the 3rd party
? GL certificate maintenance
? Leading Plant Quality system internal Audits and Management Review
4. Products quality assurance responsibility
? Define Quality control plan for Raw materials, key process parameters, Finished goods.
? Quality testing Laboratory – testing equipments, calibration, testing standards, training etc.
? Quality control through quality testing and inspection – SPC, 6 sigma
? Lead corrective and preventive actions for gap identified from product quality control and process parameters control
? Lead customers’ technical complaints and quality claim – 8D processing through CNDB system.
? Quality defects improvement (product variability, FPY, waste, Customer complaints)
? Reliable Quality reporting timely to Plant and Regional Leader
? Management for new product transfer, Management of Change
? Leading quality system audit for critical vendors selected
? Verifying COA/COC for customers
? Lead team building through effective communication of plant expectations,

? Monthly Quality report
5. Leading and Developing Talent
? Develop potential talents to build up talent pipeline

Job Requirements:
Experience:
? Equal or above Bachelor degree,
? Local language and English fluency
? Minimum of 3 years acting as TPM & CI Coordination with not only strategic approach, but in the shop floor as well.
? Knowledge about JIPM assessments processes and interfaces is a differential to be considered
? Formed as TPM Instructor
Knowledge and Abilities:
? Good experience of working in team based environment
? Strong Organizational Development & Communication Skills: Has the ability to organize cross functional initiatives
? Coaching Skills: Has the ability to coach and mentor employees and leaders through complex problem solving process.
? Rich experience for TPM knowledge and TPM operation.
Personal Characteristics:
? Strong Intellect: Bright individual, with ability to combine analytical reasoning, creativity and judgment. Able to deal effectively with strategic issues as well as tactical operational details.
? Customer Orientation: Has an external (outside-in) orientation and understanding that all business opportunities start with knowledge of how to create value for a customer.
? Highly Ethical: Can be trusted to do only the “right thing” for the employees, shareholders, customers and others. Follow a balance approach without compromising integrity.
