职位描述：
Job Summary:
The position will work in the Taicang unitary engineering group and be responsible for the unitary related control development. The person is responsible for the quality, reliability, productivity, design and introduction of control for new product and existing product platform. The person will qualify control components, validate control quality and reliability, validate control compatibility, procure, analyze, and assess control used in products.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development of control used in unitary product, which is under the IRPDP process to deliver hardware and software,etc.
2. Test, procure, analyze, and assess new control concepts used in unitary.
3. Work with peer team to introduce new control platform.
4. Conduct laboratory testing as required to qualify new components and drive VAVE events to improve productivity.
5. Optimize control application along with summary and presentation of results
6. Provide Engineering support to other functions in the busines

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· BS or MS in Electronic/Electrical or better.

· 5+ year experience in R&D development for software.

· Program management skill will be a plus

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED
· Strong in control development, have knowledge in unitary controller

· Be versed in C programming, Knowledge of MCU

· Must be proficient in problem solving.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English skill is must.

· Experience with the following area is a positive:

· knowledge in air conditioner system

· Familiar with electric parts ,such as motor,compressor, etc

· Controller manufacturing processes

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Must be personal computer literate within a Windows environment and proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products. 举报 分享
