岗位职责：
1、在销售总部领导下，和各部门密切配合完成工作。
2、 制订销售政策及销售计划。
3、开拓客户资源。
4、 负责专柜营业员的招募、培训、调配。
5、 财务管理、防止呆帐坏帐对策、帐款回收。
6、 针对销售的情况及时汇总、汇报并提出合理建议。
任职要求：
1、 大专以上学历，市场营销等相关专业；
2、 3年以上企业市场管理或销售管理工作经验；
3、 较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力，丰富的营销网络及销售成本控管经验；
4、 中高端百货零售渠道丰富的客户资源和客户关系；熟悉健身、智能小家电等产品。
5、 良好的人际沟通、谈判能力，分析和解决问题的能力；
6、 工作严谨，坦诚正直，工作计划性强并具有战略前瞻性思维；
