职位描述：
Job Description：
· First point of escalation for delivery/quality issues, etc. at line, factory level
· Lead commercial discussion with product relevant EMS suppliers, monitor and manage supply base performance KPI, work with Commodity Team to improve, develop suppliers.
· Executes factory related supplier improvement actions
· Executes procurement strategy, manage phase-in/phase-out of suppliers
· Report procurement KPI’s on factory level (incl. GSRS)
· Manage Customization & Engineering to Order Projects (non-recurring components, specific suppliers)

Job Requirements：
· BS or comparable diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or supply chain operations.
· 2 - 3 years of experience in a product assembly-type of factory, in procurement, supply chain, production engineering, supplier quality related functions.
· Good communication skills (Written and Oral) in both Chinese and English, good inter-personal skills in managing conflicts and dealing with suppliers.
· Has SAP operation experience.
