Job description
Eaton Corporation located in Shenzhen has an opening for C&B Senior Analyst. This position is mainly responsible for the C&B initiatives and programs management in Power Quality North Asia (PQNA).
1. Implement corporate C&B initiatives and programs to PQNA.
2. Conduct and coordinate PQNA salary survey.
3. Responsible for people cost data analysis & reporting.
4. Support to VPP (Various Performance Plan) proposal , performance update and calculate VPP payout
5. Manage HR Information System
6. Ensure C&B related activities compliance with applicable employment laws.
7. Support to job evaluation and promotional review.
8. Support to confidential process and tasks of C&B projects

Job qualification
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Business Administration, Human resource management or related fields is preferred.
2. At least 3 years solid experiences in C&B, MNC background is preferred.
3. Have general knowledge of laws and legal trends affecting C&B-related activities, and have the ability to apply legal concepts to real world situations
4. Good at data analysis, logic and reporting.
5. By demonstrate discretion, can able to work with sensitive and confidential materials and possess good business judgment
6. Have the ability to influence and work effectively across all levels in a complex environment Good communication, facilitation and training skill.
7. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities
8. Good learning agility
9. Good command of oral and written English.
