JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Work closely with all hiring Managers to understand business requirements
2. Source candidates, schedule and conduct interviews
3. Ensure the timely placement of qualified associates within cost budget
4. Follow up the on boarding process of new employees
5. Implement C&B philosophy and policies based on HR strategies and China law
6. Collaborate with CIIC for new hire labor contract, health check, payroll distribution and employees contract renewal
7. Responsible for answering all C&B related questions. Provide advice and support to Managers and employees regarding policies/labor law legislation
8. Lead employee communication and activities
9. Plan employee annual activities
10. Act as a resource on HR policies and procedures for both Managers and employees
11. Coach and support Managers and employees on HR related issues
12. Support administration and analysis of the Employee Opinion Survey
13. Ensure the facilitation of Learning and Development programs
14. Other HR tasks assigned by Line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1 Bachelor degree or an equivalent experience.
2 5-8years HR generalist experience ,experience in MNC companies is preferred.
3 Good command of English both in verbal and in written.
4 Hard working, energetic, self motivated, and have strong sense of responsibility.
