Job Description:
1. Tax declaration and reviewing corporate & branches (VAT/CIT/surcharge fee);
2. Invoices management including invoices issuing, invoices verification (VAT and import VAT) and binding;
3. To send monthly and annual sales report to LL;
4. To cooperate with external auditor for annual finance statement audit report, annual CIT report, fixed assets loss audit report and arrange declaration;
5. Withholding taxes declaration (Non-trading business);
6. In charge of branches opening and deregistration for tax part;
7. Keep good relationship with TA including Shanghai and other cities;
8. Communicate with local tax agents for daily work and management;
9. To manage monthly IIT deduction;
10. To manage local tax agencies;
11. Ad-hoc assignments;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in Finance/Accounting/Tax;
2. 3-5 years of working experiences, and corporate taxation related in MNC is preferred;
3. Accounting certificate is a must, and Middle Accounting Certificate is a plus;
4. Good communication skills in both mandarin and English;
5. Have a sense of responsibility;
6. Result-oriented;
7. Self-driving;
8. Team work spirit;
