Job Functions
? The Sales development Manager will lead the development of a District heating and cooling market strategy and related objectives, channel development plans, and drive focus in the sales teams to address sales opportunities.
? The manager will work with all DH area sales managers to develop new business model and action plan to drive more sales. In addition, follow up the plan and secure the plan is executed in an efficient way; monitoring the sales results and pipelines and take the necessary extra actions if needed to drive for more results.
? The manager will work focus on district cooling market nationally, lead cooling team to develop cooling strategy and action plan and follow up the plan. Develop sales capability and channel.
? The manager will also work BD to find new opportunity both in technology and biz model way in whole DE market.
? The manager will lead a team and will report to the sales head in District Energy Dep.
Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
? Develop district cooling sales strategy and action plan
? Drive and motivate district cooling sales force to grow sales and cooling biz
? Learn and investigate the market structure in depth
? Support and Develop the district heating area sales development plan for with clearly prioritization and be accountable for execution
? Training and coaching the dedicated sales engineers about what needs to be accomplished and how to approach market opportunities.
? Support the sales engineers in regards to customer events/seminars and dealer training
? Develop dedicated dealers or dealer focus for the district cooling market.
? Providing advices on KPI settings
? Secure the effective internal collaboration between different functions
Qualification and Experience
? Degree holder in hydraulic, environment engineering discipline or equivalent
? Minimum of 6-8 years working in sales or business development field in the international company in the pump or building equipment supplier industry, of which 5 should be at assistant manager level
? Highly organized, capable problem solvers and possess strong leadership skills
? Deep understanding of property management market in China is highly preferred.
? Excellent in communication skills, relaying the knowledge on methods of making a sale
? Have displayed a great deal of success as a member of a sales team
? Experience in sales training, coaching and presentation
Skills and Personal Attributes
? Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English
? Honesty and integrity to uphold the Company’s values
? Good people skills and able to work with people at all levels, a team player able to work with other members to achieve goals of the team
? Self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks based on set objectives
