Summary of Client:
Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Reporting Lines汇报关系:
Report to: Sourcing Director
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy and Process
? To support SO director to develop and deploy supply management strategy to fulfill the bushiness plan.
? Support functional departments to settle difficulties in supply quality control and management.
? Coordinate internal colleagues and external supplier’s relationship.
2. Department development and management
? Evaluate and maintain SQA/IQC/SQM staffing and resource requirements.
? Gain necessary resources to facilitate team members.
? Empower and delegate subordinates.
? Train, coach and develop competence of the teams.
? Define and implement people training and develop plan.
? Define the short term and long term working plan and target of SQA,IQC and SQM.
? Define KPI assess system.
3. Supply quality Management
? Develop and manage total quality of suppliers, incl. physical quality.
? Establish and maintain an suitable set of supplier management system.
? Develop and maintain supply quality performance system.
? Organize the supplier/subcontractor process audit according to the audit schedule or when the serious quality problem caused by raw material.
? Liaise with supplier/subcontractor as a window in case of any quality related problems of raw materials which require closer examination/verification.
? Update the related supply quality insurance and delivery contract and organize SQM to work with supplier/subcontractor to sign them.
? Organize and conduct SQA assistant manager and SQA engineer to solve raw material issue detected in IQC, production line or customer complain.
? Organize the request and review of the PPAP from supplier/subcontractor during the approval processing of new material.
4. IQC
? Establish and maintain a set of proper material incoming inspection system.
? Improve IQC people skill and ability.
? Establish and maintain proper inspecting capability.
? Establish and maintain the STS (ship-to-stock) system of raw material.
? Support sample release.
? Quality gate of incoming.
? Continuously improve and optimize the measurement ability of incoming inspection.
Job Requirements:
1. Education, Technical Qualification
? B.S degree or above, majoring in electronics, Engineering, electrical automatic control or a related field.
? Solid experience in the electronics component production, preferable to work in transformer/choke manufacturing filed.
? Good command of ISO/TS 16949 knowledge, e.g internal auditor
? Good command of QC tool and TS16949 five tools.
2. Experiences
? More than 6-8 years quality control working experience in electronic components production, preferable to work in multinational company with at least 4 year in managerial position.More than 2 years project management experience.
3. Personal Attributes & Competencies
? Good quality cost knowledge and supply quality risk management
? Good project management ability
? Good leadership and supervisory skills
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Good command of office software operation such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
? Good command of oral and written English and Chinese Mandarin.
4. Other special requirements
? Business knowledge, strategic focus, customer orientation, hardworking and enthusiastic, good team building and development, self-motivated.
