Make sure LEGO production Machines comply with the company’s reliability requirements.
Coordinate machine maintenance area staff, the execution of programmed maintenance, problem solving and the supply of necessary spare parts for such activities.
Manage the machine maintenance area staff according to company policies and LEGO maintenance strategy.
Feedback and supervision. Establish individual and group objectives.
Coordination with other departments.
