2）免费3餐工作餐
3）5天8小时，8:30-17:15， 周五提前30分钟下班
4）苏州南站，嘉兴汽车北站 每周有6次班车接送，嘉善市区每天有通勤班车

Job Responsibilities:

Timely communicate with supplier for any nonconforming materials. Push supplier to give remedial actions to solve quality issue and meet normal production.

Assist supplier to provide corrective and preventive actions extending to system for each nonconforming material. Follow up the actions and ensure actions are effective.

Work according to the plant and department business goals, to continues measure, identify projects at supplier’s side, by using standard quality tools so as to raise suppliers quality level to meet plant improvement needs. Regularly review the projects with relative department.

Supplier process improvement, provide process evaluate and audit to suppliers and work with suppliers to establish sufficient process control method and make sure the implementation.

Responsible for new products transfer projects quality function include new suppliers evaluation, audit, qualification and new components development together with R&D,ME, Purchasing departments

Evaluate all supplier according performance termly, Establish the good communication tie base on the normal relationship.

New products/suppliers qualification according to PPAP requirements, internal control plan and inspection methodologies, procedures, OQA standard and procedures



Position Requirement:

1. College or above degree in Engineering or related field

2. Minimum 4 years working experience in supplier quality management.

3. Knowledge for APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.

4. Good command of English both reading and written, as well as computer skills (MS office). 举报 分享
